Heather G. Hunter
Areas of Focus:
In her estate planning practice, Heather works with individual clients and families to establish basic estate planning documents including wills, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and revocable trust agreements.
Heather also represents trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries during the administration process, and assists with the decanting, modification, and termination of irrevocable trusts.
Her estate administration work involves assisting personal representatives in the navigation of the somewhat complicated and time consuming probate process. Heather serves as the liaison between the client and probate court to efficiently process the forms and documents for the estate.

Heather is a native of Spartanburg. She and her husband, Eddie are excited to be a part of the thriving Spartanburg community. As Clemson grads they enjoy all things orange and are active alums.
Heather enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family, including her dog, Millie, and infant son, JC.
